thats what i thought, but i had it in my head that gooseberry bushes didn't have thorns.
I had it in our old garden and it moved to my mums when we moved, but i never knew what it was. Mum needs some plants for her now empty garden and we where thinking about planting it at the back, but i don't want to plant something which (if the kids are silly enough to eat it) will make them ill.
They are good enough to know that the berries are only for birds, unless mummy or nanny says otherwise (note how i didn't include daddy in that ;) )
Im Sam, a 26 year old mother of two beautiful children (ok, im a bit bias). Little Miss Alice is 3, and Little man Lewis is 1. Married to Adam for a year this summer, but been with him just a few years longer (9 this year!).
Im currently a stay at home mum, and love my life to bits :D
